All photographs, text, graphics, logos and design on this website belong to Lambda Frames, a partnership firm constituted by Susmith Gopalakrishnan and Ashwin Narayanan, unless stated otherwise. They are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and by international copyright treaties.
3. What you may not do
Without our written permission you may not:
- copy, download, screenshot, reproduce, print, edit or distribute any image or other content;
- use any image on another website, on social media, in advertising, on products or in publications;
- remove or alter watermarks, copyright notices or rights information;
- scrape or collect images or content with automated tools;
- use any image or content to train, test or improve an artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or to generate similar images;
- suggest that Lambda Frames endorses you or your products.
4. Permitted use
You may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes and share a link to it.
5. Licensing
To ask for permission to use an image, email contact@lambdaframes.com. See also our licensing page.
6. Enquiries and bookings
Viewing this website or sending us an email does not create a booking. A booking exists only when a written client agreement is signed and the advance is received.
7. Availability and accuracy
The website is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lambda Frames is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or any linked website.
9. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, email contact@lambdaframes.com with details of the content, your rights and your contact details. We will respond promptly.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at Bangalore and English as the language. We may still ask a court at Bangalore for urgent relief against infringement of our copyright.
